1. Aims
Our aims: We aim to provide a high quality service which meets the needs of both parents and children. For parents this means knowing that your child is safe and happy in a club that is reliable and offers a consistent service. For a child, this means an environment that is safe, supportive, encouraging, nurturing, a place to be with friends and make new ones, try out new activities, to relax, to have fun and enjoy.
2. Medical / Health issue
Parents must inform the accelerated education in the form if the child has any known medical condition or health problem that needs to be considered in the club .
3. Absent Children & Late pick up
It is the responsibility of the Parent to sign their child out at the end of the session; children must be collected via the main school office. Absent children will be followed up from the school’s class registers at the beginning of the school day. Parent must notify the school if their child is not going to attend After School Club, following their child being present in the school register.
Parents should inform the school if the child is being up late as It’s not the club responsibility if a child is picked up late from the After School Club.
If the parents are late in picking up their child , they should collect their children from the school reception .
4. Accidents
Any accidents, during the club will be documented in an accident book at the school and reported to Parents.
5.Loss of property
Accelerated education (After School Club ) will not be liable for loss of property brought onto the premises (club ) by Parent or child.
6. Entry to After School Club
In the event of reserving the place, priority will be given to the children who has signed the club first after filling the Club Registration .
Signing for Sessions – Once a completed Application Form and signed Terms and Conditions form has been submitted to us, along with session prepayment, the Parent will be notified whether a place is available as soon as possible after receiving the request for a place. If the place is available the child will be registered for the requested club
Regular sessions – Following on receiving the prepayment , application form and signed terms and conditions, the Parent/Carer will be notified if they have been successful in obtaining a place for their child in the After School Club.
Session Availability
The After School club will run from the end of the school day from 3.30pm to 4.30pm. There will be no sessions
-during school term holidays
– on the last day of the Autumn, Spring and Summer terms
-inset days.

7. Fees
Parent that choose to use the club must look on the school website for the fees and days available for the club . For any change or switch in days or clubs must be emailed at info@accelerated-education.co.
Invoices or receipt for the sessions will be sent out through email. If no payment is received the club reserves the right to cancel a child’s place.
No refund will be given for sessions only part attended.
No refund will be given if the child is absent or sick
No partial refund will be given if a child leaves before completing all the 10 sessions having booked.
If the school closes the After School club due to unforeseen circumstances, Parent will not be charged for the sessions and the refund will be initiated for those particular session .
Fees are the responsibility of the person who signed the Terms and Conditions form or who has parental responsibility for the child.
Standard terms and conditions:
Reasonable changes may be made from time to time to these standard terms and conditions and to the change in fee can be made in each term.
8. Cancellation and removal
If Parent has paid for all the 10 sessions but they choose not to send their child, a charge will still be made and no refund will be provided .
Removal
Clubs may be required to remove the child temporarily or permanently if the conduct of the child is unacceptable and it appears to the teacher and school staff that the continued presence of the child is incompatible with the interests of the After School Club. The child will also forfeit their place at the club if the parent is persistently rude to staff. There would be no refund of fees in these circumstances.
9. General Conditions
Child Protection
The club staff has a duty to report any significant concerns she/he might have about the safety/well-being of a child to school safeguarding team . For more details please see our Safeguarding Policy .
Confidentiality
Parents agree to inform the After School Club of any information necessary to safeguard or promote their child’s welfare or avert the risk of harm to their child or other person. After School Club staff will be informed of sensitive issues concerning the child on a ‘need-to-know’ basis.
Photo
We may take photos of your child’s works/design/craft during the club and upload it on the social media platform for the purpose of promotion/proposals . Under no circumstances we will take the photo of the child and upload it on our website or promote it on social without parents consent . If you have any concerns regarding this then please email us at info@accelerated-education.co.
Learning/Physical Difficulties
Parents should notify After School Club if any problems that may occur due to learning/physical disabilities.
Equal Treatment
Our After School Club welcomes staff and children from many different ethnic groups, backgrounds and creeds. Similarities and differences are valued and respected and all children are treated equally. Our Club will comply with the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 and will do all that is reasonable to accommodate the needs of children with disabilities.
Complaints
Parents who have cause for complaint in relation to any matters of quality, safety , staff, learning or care must inform the After School Club teacher or email us info@accelerated-education.co.
Waiver
Any waiver of these terms and conditions is only effective if given in writing by and on behalf of the club head .We have the right to change ,modify and update these terms and condition if required by Accelerated Education Ltd only .
Jurisdiction
This contract was made solely for After School Club and not for tutions purpose
